A hundred members means four hundred dates to track: when each one joined, when their package expires, what they have paid, and what they still owe.
A register can hold most of that. What it cannot do is answer the question that matters at the counter, while the member waits: has this one paid?
Every membership carries a package, a start date and an end date. Renew it, cancel it, or let it lapse. Members move between Active, Expiring and Expired on their own, so the list of memberships ending this week is always current.
Packages are yours to define, in days, months or years, at any price you set.
Every charge is recorded as a debit and every payment as a credit against the member it belongs to, and the balance below is what they owe. Record the method the payment arrived by, whether cash, Khalti, eSewa or a bank transfer, and the statement reconciles itself.
Payments are recorded, not collected. FitSynk is a ledger, not a payment gateway.
Staff see only the branch they are assigned to. Owners and admins can view every branch, or one at a time.
Give front-desk staff their own login, with access limited to the role you assign.
Every edit is written to the activity log in the same database transaction as the change itself, so a saved change always carries a record of who made it.
Revenue this month, active members, memberships expiring this week, and the total outstanding.
These are not locale settings applied at the surface. They determine how the product stores, groups and dates your money.
