A hundred members is four hundred dates to keep straight — when each one joined, when their package runs out, what they handed over, and what they still owe.
Most of that fits in a copybook. What doesn't fit is the question you get at eight in the evening, with the man already at the desk: has he paid or not?
Every membership carries a package, a start date and an end date. Renew it, cancel it, or leave it alone and let it lapse. Members move between Active, Expiring and Expired without anyone marking a book, so 'who runs out this week' is a list you can open rather than a thing you try to remember.
Packages are yours to define — days, months or years, at whatever price you set.
Every charge lands as a debit and every payment as a credit, against the member they belong to. The balance underneath is what they owe you. Record how it came in — cash, Khalti, eSewa or a bank transfer — and the statement adds up on its own.
Recorded, not collected. FitSync is your book; it isn't a payment gateway and doesn't pretend to be one.
Staff see only the branch they work at. You see all of them, or one at a time.
Give the front desk a login without handing over your books.
Every edit is written to the activity log in the same transaction as the edit itself. If the change was saved, so was the record of who made it.
Revenue this month, active members, who expires this week, and what is still outstanding.
None of this is a locale setting bolted on at the end. It is how the product stores, groups and dates your money.
