Plans and limits

Each plan caps how many members, branches, staff accounts and packages your gym can hold. When you reach a cap, the app declines to add more and tells you which plan lifts it. Nothing you have already entered stops working, and nothing is deleted for being over a cap.

The free plan is not a trial. It does not expire and does not require payment details.

Paying

Plan changes are arranged by email. There is no online checkout, because online collection is not built yet. Prices are quoted per gym, per month, in Nepalese rupees; paying for a year covers twelve months for the price of ten.

Your data is yours

The records you enter belong to your gym. We do not sell them, and we do not use them to build anything for anyone else. You can ask for an export or a deletion at any time.

Stopping

You can stop whenever you like — tell us and we will close the account. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee.

What we do not promise

FitSync is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for business losses arising from its use. Keep your own records of anything you would be unable to reconstruct.
